Garlic mustard is a wonderful herb in spring, when it grows, you know spring has truly arrived. Its mild, garlic-like flavor enhances many dishes and is also well tolerated by people who cannot eat garlic.
Daisies are pretty, delight flowers, in languages also called the hundred or thousand pretty (German, Swedish, Hungarian). They are wonderful to look at, but also tasty nutrient provides nearly all year long.
chickweed is a really nice, easy to discover "weed". It grows early in year and in many places you can discover it already now. It is great to top up you salad or use as a fresh vegetable in soupes and sauces.
